A Different Kind of Corporation

NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. (NANA) is a for-profit corporation with a social responsibility. It is one of the 13 Regional Native Corporations created as a result of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) passed by Congress and signed into law by President Nixon in 1971. NANA’s mission is to provide economic opportunities for its more than 14,300 Iñupiat shareholders and to protect and enhance NANA lands.
