NANA’s 2017 Informal Shareholder Meetings are scheduled from November 3 – December 5, 2017. NANA officers and staff are traveling to all 11 NANA communities, Anchorage, Fairbanks and Seattle to discuss important information regarding our Corporation.
SEPTEMBER 28, 2017 – ANCHORAGE, ALASKA – NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. (NANA) has announced that the 2018 Annual Meeting of NANA Shareholders will take place in Buckland, Alaska on March 12, 2018, at the Buckland School. NANA’s Board of Directors approved the location during their quarterly board meeting on September 27, 2017.
The Deadline for New Enrollment, Change of Address, Direct Deposit or Name Change will be November 1, 2017, and the Record Date is November 13, 2017. Dividends will be mailed and direct deposits sent to accounts on or about November 27, 2017.
Anchorage, Alaska – Sept. 27, 2017 – NANA’s board of directors declared a dividend for fiscal year 2017 of $8.00 per share payable on or about November 27, 2017, to shareholders of record as of November 13, 2017. The total distribution will be about $12.9 million, which will be paid to NANA’s approximately 14,200 Iñupiat shareholders.

March 14, 2017 – Kotzebue, Alaska - NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. (NANA) held its 2017 Annual Meeting today in Kotzebue, Alaska. During the meeting, drawings were held for door prizes for those present and those who turned in a valid proxy. Checks will be mailed to winners who were not present at the meeting. 1. To elect seven (7) Directors to serve a term of three (3) years.
2. To transact such other business requiring shareholder approval which properly comes before the Annual Meeting, or any adjournment(s) thereof.

ANCHORAGE, ALASKA – Jan. 13, 2017 - The Trustees of the NANA Elders’ Settlement Trust voted to issue a $750.00 per Elder distribution for 2016. The Trust was established by NANA in 2008 to provide a modest, yet needed, special distribution to NANA shareholders who are 65 years of age or older by January 20, 2017.
