NANA’s board of directors declared a dividend for fiscal year 2018 on September 27, 2018. The NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. board of directors declared an FY18 dividend of $10.50 per share payable on or about November 20 2018, to shareholders of record as of November 2, 2018. The total distribution is approximately $17,191,503 million. Friday, October 26 is the deadline to update your direct deposit information with NANA, if you need to change or add a new account to have your dividend deposited into.

“Over the past year the board and management stayed focused on goals to increase performance,” said Linda Lee, Chair of the NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. board. “As a result of this discipline, the NANA board is pleased to declare a dividend for 2018.”

NANA President and CEO Wayne Westlake added, “Overall performance of NANA’s companies is healthy–the result of the board’s direction and guidance. Management has concentrated on meeting these directives in order to bring value to shareholders.”
